Made from natural cork granules, cork underlay is stable in either high temperature or low temperature. It is excellent in sound absorption, thermal insulation and eco safety.
It is perfect as flooring underlay for underfloor heating, floating floor underlay or roofing underlay.
With its outstanding acoustic sound insulation features, it is also widely used for wall soundproofing.
However, cork underlay is fragile and flammable.
To make the flooring underlayment tough, we use rubber granules as the raw material. We have rubber underlay of tyre crumbs, rubber foam underlay, and underlay mixed of tyre crumbs and rubber foam. Each is of high density and can load heavy duty.
Rubber foam underlay is fire retardant, which is classfied as B1. While tyre rubber underlay is more elastic.
Rubber underlayment can be laid beneath wood flooring, tile flooring, laminated wood flooring, bamboo flooring, etc.
Rubber underlay is widely used in houses, hotels, office buildings, bars, dance rooms, stadiums, etc.
To make full use of the acoustic features of rubber and cork, we make rubber cork underlayment. It has higher acoustic performance than rubber underlay.

The structure of waffle makes it better in sound insulation. All underlayments can be made waffle except cork underlay. We can produce rubber waffle underlay and rubber cork waffle underlay.
And because of its waffle surface, it is usually used above slab floor and covered with concrete floor. It acts as the acoustic layer between slab floor and concrete floor.
The above underlayments can be made sticky with high quality adhesive on one side. The adhesive is odorless and eco friendly. But the underlay thickness is limited to 3mm to 5mm.
It is perfect for vinyl flooring.
Multi-functional underlayment means the underlayment is attached with a film on one side. This film can be waterproof film, moisture proof film, aluminum foil, etc.
With waterproof film, the floor can be protected from water damage or moisture invasion. It can be used as basement underlay and kitchen floor underlay.
