EPDM Rubber Flooring

EPDM is short for ethylene propylene diene monomer. EPDM rubber is a type of sythetic rubber.

EPDM is an M-Class rubber according to ASTM standard D-1418. Cited from Wikipedia, it has better resistance to heat, light, ozone than natural rubber, SBR, or neoprene. It workes from -40℃ to 150℃. 

And epdm rubber also has good tensile strength, which makes it elastic and soft to help reduce fall injury. 

What's more, the colors of epdm flecks are various. And colors can be customized to provide a wonderful visual enjoyment. With the features of elasticity, non slip and odorlessness, epdm rubber flooring is frequently used in fitness centers or gyms. And it is also used as a protective underlayment beneath playground equipment. 

And the epdm rubber flooring can also made with slight porousness. The porous epdm rubber flooring is often used as wet-deck like pool deck.
